With over thirty years of experience, Alina Biernat has dedicated her life to caring for the elderly and their families. Throughout her career, Alina has served as the Administrator of an independent living facility, as the Director of Marketing for two facilities and as the Community Director for a facility providing a continuum of care from independent to assisted living. While serving in these capacities, Alina not only developed vast industry knowledge, but also developed a professional network of service providers for the elderly. Alina has had the pleasure of working closely with hundreds of families as they seek housing, medical care and other forms of assistance for aging loved ones, often afflicted with Alzheimer’s, depression and other mental and health disorders. She has been recognized repeatedly for her compassion, genuine concern, and ability to “connect” with others in her care. Originally from Poland, Alina has lived in Connecticut for twenty-five years and is fluent in English, Polish and Italian.
Krystian Szczerbicki
Krystian’s journey in helping seniors started while he was attending Bryant University. Krystian took a part-time role as weekend supervisor at an assisted living facility and soon realized that he had a great passion to help seniors and it was something he wanted to pursue after graduation. Over the coming years Krystian worked on gaining knowledge and expertise, serving in various roles from Activities Director to District Manager taking him and his family all over the United States. In 2017 Krystian returned back home to Connecticut joining his mother at Polish Home Care Agency, continuing his love for helping seniors and their families.
